The Centre is in a central location, within walking distance from the Greensborough shopping centre and train station. It offers an innovative approach to providing information, referral services and family relationships services including family dispute resolution for families experiencing difficulty in their relationships. All services are provided in a safe and secure environment.
The services available include:

- initial legal advice offered by appointment
The Centre also provides a range
of early intervention services including:
- parenting workshops
- men and Family Relationship programs
- referral to programs and services to match the client's needs
- community education
The centre is committed to providing an inclusive service for all families in our community. Anyone can contact the FRC for information, advice and referrals. We can offer family dispute resolution services to anyone involved in caring for a child including grandparents, step-parents, same-sex and gender diverse parents and other significant people in a childs life.
Our aim is to provide a service model that allows parents to reach easy, simple and efficient agreements which are in the best interest of children while at the same time protecting children and vulnerable adults from risk of harm. We do that by working in partnership with a range of services including legal services and we provide a setting in which parties can feel safe and confident they will be treated with dignity and respect.
The hours of operation are 9am to 5pm five days per week, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays the Centre is open until 8.30pm. The Centre has a range of booklets, fact sheets and other information available to the public.
The Centre also has 2 Community Liaison Officers who liaise with local ATSI and CALD groups and provide a linkage with the community and other service providers in the region.
